Client and instructor email events follow the appointment and are visible in the audit history.
Appointment + continuity
Plan appointments, handle changes and reminders, and keep a clear record of what happened.
A self-hosted appointment system for small service organizations.
Booking is one part of an appointment. AppointFrame keeps working before it, around it, and after it.
How it works
Add several appointments before saving. Reuse a largely stable week. Change the exceptions. AppointFrame checks the relationships between appointments while the plan is still being built.
Availability
Normal operating hours, date-specific changes, instructor availability, service duration and existing appointments determine what can actually be scheduled.
Client booking
Clients can book through a separate public-facing flow without creating a second set of availability rules. The administrator keeps the broader internal scheduling controls.
After a successful public booking, the organization can keep the client on the confirmation page, return them to its website, or send them to a specific page.
After scheduling
The record remains useful after the time has been chosen. Reminders, communication, changes, outcomes and reporting stay connected to the same appointment.
Client and instructor email events follow the appointment and are visible in the audit history.
Upcoming reminder work remains visible instead of disappearing into a separate process.
Prepare a WhatsApp message, open WhatsApp, send it manually, then record that it was sent.
Normal elapsed appointments become completed. The administrator handles exceptions such as cancellations and no-shows.
History & reporting
Past appointments remain usable for reports across clients, instructors, service types, outcomes and time periods.
Scope
AppointFrame is built around clients, instructors, service types and appointments. It stays focused on scheduling and what happens to the appointment over time.

Current fit
A closer fit
Small service organizations with recurring clients, a small number of providers, mostly one-to-one appointments, centrally managed schedules and weeks that often repeat.
A weaker fit
Organizations that primarily need large group-class capacity, memberships, point-of-sale, extensive CRM functions or a broad staff/mobile ecosystem.
Current trial build
The trial uses sample organization, instructor, service and appointment data. Access is provided with trial credentials.
